In 2010 we started alex+von because we saw an opportunity to create a better way for women to make income through social selling and e-commerce. By enabling you to make income on more than one brand we’ve created a business that expands your financial potential. And, as an alex+von Consultant, you get the fun of discovering and introducing boutique products to your social network.

What makes a great alex+von Consultant?
alex+von Consultants love how innovative our company is and of course they love our brands! When you join alex+von we want you to succeed. The most important qualities to have are an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for boutique brands that you love to tell others about.
Because we are a completely new model, we also want to make sure:
v Your social network and customer base is comfortable purchasing products with an average price of $20 to $35.
v You are comfortable using the computer and the Internet. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a computer genius but it definitely comes in handy to be comfortable with e-commerce and social media sites like Facebook.
Tell me more about how alex+von works…
1. You select one or more brands to represent
2. You purchase a Starter Kit for each brand which includes full-sized products, samples, and marketing and business materials
3. You can sell one-on-one, via trunk shows / home parties and online
4. Customers order from you or on the alex+von website; either way commission is the same
5. Customers pay directly for their orders. Vendors ship orders to your customers. Consultants do not need to purchase inventory or deliver orders
6. If you don’t have a sponsor we will connect you with a team leader whose role is to help you successfully launch and build your alex+von business based on your personal goals

v Providing exceptional service to your customers and team members
There are 5 ways to earn income depending on your goals for alex+von and the effort you put in.
Commission on your personal retail sales:
1. Standard commission on sales made for the brand(s) you select to represent
2. Residual commission on every other brand your customers buy from alex+von that you don’t represent
If you chose to develop and build a team:
1. One-time referral bonus for each new person that becomes an active Consultant
2. Team commission on your team’s retail sales
3. For exceptional leaders, a leadership bonus on your first line’s retail sales based on how your team rates your coaching, support and leadership skills

How much you earn is up to you and how you choose to sell is your choice. Our compensation plan enables you to make income for loving your career and supporting small businesses in the U.S., many that were also started by women entrepreneurs like you!
All of our commission and bonuses are based on retail sales.
